SAMPLE ITINERARY

Day 1     Meet arrival or meet at your hotel Lobby, proceed to Kinabalu park HQ, The journey takes roughly 1 ½ hour’s drive through scenic countryside and beautiful mountain range. A brief stop at Nabalu Market gives you the opportunity to buy local handicrafts and local fruits. On arrival at the Kinabalu National Park –The world Nature Heritage site , enjoy the cool and refreshing mountain air, and have a majestic view of Mount Kinabalu, The mountain will look even more spectacular with a sheer wall of granite towering a few thousand meters from the virgin forest floor and ending in jagged peaks. Free at own leisure or proceed for a guided walk along the nature trails with the park naturalist. While walking, listen to the sounds of the jungle and observe nature's plants, trees, orchids and butterflies. Overnight at the Kinaba;u National Park accommodation - depending on availability. Dinner provided at Balsam café Restaurant * A visit to Poring Hot Spring is optional but if requested.

Day 2     0630hrs                 Breakfast at Balsam café , collect you packed lunch from the restaurant, after breakfast meet your experience mountain guide at  park HQ , a short briefing will make by your mountain guide before you start the journey..You'll then be transferred to starting point – Timpohon Gate – where your journey and quest to the summit of Borneo’s highest mountain begins! The trekking will take about 5 to 8 hours to complete depending on individual fitness levels. Upon arriving at 11,000 feet at the Laban rata area, check into the assigned accommodation where you can rest, after chick-in  relax and just marvel at the spectacular mountain landscapes , Buffet dinner will serve at Laban Rata Restaurant ( served from 4.30pm until 7Pm) (Breakfast, Packed Lunch, Dinner provided) *Remember to wear your ID TAG at all times. ** You can hire a porter to carry your belonging until Laban Rata Rest house with a stipulate rate. Begin your climb via Mesilau Trail to Laban Rata Rest house.

Day3      0200hrs Wake up for early supper and continue ascent to the summit of Mount Kinabalu (4095.2m above sea level). Upon reaching the summit (Low's Peak), This hike further up the mountain would take another 3 hours to complete but you reap what you sow and in this instance, an opportunity to take photographs on the highest point in South East Asia. In clear weather, a spectacular sunrise awaits weary climbers. After such a stunning sunrise view, it is time to descend back down to Laban Rata Restaurant where you will enjoy a well-deserved breakfast, check out and trek back down to Timpohon gate, collect a Certificate of Achievement and feast on Hi-Tea served in a Balsam café in Kinabalu Park before departing back to the city. (Early Supper, Hi-Tea at Balsam Café private ) Transfer back to your Hotel. ** Hi-Tea will be served at Balsam Cafe (until 1700hrs). ~ End of Tour ~

SPECIAL NOTE FROM SABAH PARK

It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommend that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart disease, severe anemia, Peptic ulcers, Epileptic fits, Obesity (overweight), Chronic asthma, Muscular cramps, Hepatitis (jaundice); or any other disease which may hamper the climber.

SUGGEST FROM US

It is advisable to book this tour two to three months before actual/expected date of climbing to avoid disappointment. Due to its popularity, there are usually limited accommodation at the Laban Rata rest house/hut, where climbers are required to stay overnight before an early morning ascent to the peak on the next day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to an unexpected technical problem at Timpohon Gate Power Station, we are currently experiencing electricity failure at Laban Rata.  All efforts are on the way to rectify this problem. There will be no electricity supply until further notice.  However, there are basic lightings which are powered by mini gen set.  Hot shower and room heater are not available during this period. Any inconvenient caused is much regretted.

第1天 12：30 14：30	亚庇 / 神山公园总部 – Kinabalu Park （含晚餐） 在酒店大厅会合，前往神山公园总部。沿途经过风景明媚的山谷村庄和观赏克拉克山脉全景。途中停留纳巴鲁市集歇息及购买当地纪念品。 在神山公园总部办理入住与登山手续。在渡假村自由活动及享用晚餐。
第2天 06：00 07：30 15：30 16：30	丁波含起点 /半山住宿 （含早餐、便当午餐、晚餐） 在Balsam餐厅享用早餐及领取便当午餐。前往前台办理退房手续并与登山向导会面。 乘坐园内承接车到登山起点-丁波含闸门。登山向导讲解登山注意事项，展开第一段约4-6小时的徒步登山路程。 抵达半山住宿，登记入住预定时注明之小舍。 在拉班拉达餐厅享用晚餐。余下时间，您可自由活动、休息。 *登山时记得带着登山证。 **登山向导是由沙巴公园提供，因此他们的服务态度并不在我们公司的管辖范围及工作表现内。
第3天 02：00 05：00 06：00 10：00 14：30 16：00	半山住宿/ 罗氏峰 – 京那巴鲁山山峰 / 亚庇(茶点、早餐、下午茶 - Balsam Cafe) 梳洗及享用茶点。准备第二段攻顶路程，征服京那巴鲁山山峰（海拔4095.2m)。 在东南亚第1高峰拍下 “到此一游” 的证明。晴朗的天气下，绚丽的日出等待着每位疲惫的登山者观赏。 回程拉班拉达宿舍享用早餐及办理退房手续（最迟10：00前退房、否则会有预时退房费）。 下山至丁波含闸门，乘坐园内承接车至神山公园总部。在 Balsam Café 享用下午茶 (开放至16：00) 回程亚庇市中心。 抵达亚庇市中心。 ** 我们安排的交通（从神山公园回程亚庇市）只从下午2点开始等待，直到登山者们安全抵达终点。 ~ 结束旅程 ~

沙巴公园保护局之友善提醒：

我们在此建议各位登山者在登山前做好个人身体检查。若您曾患有以下病症，我们强烈建议您避免参与登山之旅：高血压、糖尿病、心悸、关节炎、心脏病、严重贫血、消化性溃疡、癫痫发作、

肥胖（超重）、慢性哮喘、肌肉痉挛、肝炎（黄疸）或任何其他影响您登山状态的疾病。

我们的建议：

每位登山者必须在拉班拉达住宿或其他同等的住宿1晚，以准备第2天的攻顶。因床位数额有限，

我们建议您在登山日期前2-3个月做好预约。

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      Reservation for the above Mt climbing package, at least 30days prior to departure subject to room available.

2.      Important note :  Booking for the Mt Climbing package are subject to availability and a minimum RM200 guarantee Deposit for each person is required upon booking, and we are not guarantee the available of room. The booking fee will refundable if the accommodation is fully booked. Climber Full Name, IC no or Passport No, Nationality have to submitted upon booking.

3.      50% Deposit made after the accommodation confirmed ( 7 days prior from the date of invoice / confirmation) the booking will auto cancel after 7 days and Booking fee are non refundable

4.      The balance payment to be made at least 30 days before the date of arrival

5.      Full payment for any booking less than 30 days and subject to available

6.      Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, a cancellation charge of 50% of tour fee will be composed.

7.      No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced, ground transportation or any other services.

8.      The organizer reserved the right to amend tour rates specified on this leaflet without notice.

9.      We highly recommend all tour members to purchase accident, baggage and general liability insurance to protect their travel plan.

10.  All the above rates are quote in RINGGIT MALAYSIA.

13.  The company reserves the right to change or cancel should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.

14.  Tours are inclusive of meals, transfer, accommodation, entrance fee, climbing permit fee, climbing insurance, certificate fee, Mt guide fee is stated in the package.

15.  TOUR FARE EXCLUDES Excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, beverages, gratuities to drivers and escorts and all other items of a personal nature; and optional tours. Tips for drivers and guides (at your discretion). Admission fees not included in the package.

16.  The organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten their duration of any tour in event of force injury, hostilities, accident or other circumstance beyond the control of the organizer which render unnecessary in the organizer reasonable opinion that such step to be taken. The organizer shall be relieved from all liability for any injury, damage, loss, and accident with any serious injury resulting directly or indirectly from acts if God. Strike and Government regulations, theft, failure of any means, discrepancies or charges of which it has no control.

17.  Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited and covers by our insurance company. Unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid.

18.  Any changes to your reservation, amendment in booking dates, hour or vehicle type in full or in part, must be made through our office and NOT through the operator.
The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking.
All amendment requests are subject to reconfirmation and availability.
If the amendment results in a refund of payment, an administration fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR50, whichever is greater.

19.  An amendment fee of MYR25.00 will be charged for any amendments after the payment voucher has been issued, except where this involves additional days, tours, number of rooms, or number of people booked. Cancellation of any services in whole or in part is subject to the above cancellation policy.

21.  CHILD RATE  4-12 years old less 10% of the adult rate

22.  We do not recommend you to catch your flight on the same day that you descend the mountain due to possible delay from injuries, tiredness and/or bad weather and traffic conditions
